An atypical apartment in the heart of old Avoriaz.

Completely refurbished over the past few years, it is now comfortably furnished for 10 people.

On the 3rd floor of the Haut Fort 1 residence, you enter the apartment through a hall. This hall serves the access corridor to the bedrooms and bathrooms, a separate toilet and the kitchen/living room.

The kitchen is open to the living room which is itself open to the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner hob (induction), microwave, oven, extractor hood, "Nespresso" coffee machine, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue sets. A large table makes it possible to comfortably gather all the guests of the apartment. On the living room side, a large corner sofa faces a large flat screen (50 inches) and above all a breathtaking view of the ski area. This large room, with a total area of 35m2, has a south-facing balcony.

The apartment is equipped with 3 double beds and 4 single beds divided into 4 bedrooms:

In the same residence, the apartment has a private room where you can store your ski equipment. It is equipped with an electric shoe dryer.

Note that staying in this apartment requires taking stairs. Indeed, if the elevator of the residence leads to the 3rd floor, to reach the apartment you have to take a few steps; the same in the apartment to access the bathrooms and some bedrooms.
