Description

In the quiet district of Dromonts, at the back of a residence, is one of the only apartments in the resort with a private terrace. This apartment, on the ground floor of the Hauts-Forts1 residence covers 120m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people.

You access the apartment via its terrace (facing south). The entrance hall, which includes a ski rack, opens onto a large living room. The living room is equipped with a table that can accommodate up to 12 guests, a corner sofa, 2 armchairs, a TV and a table football. A bay window provides direct access to the terrace.

The kitchen is adjacent to the living room. It is very functional and has all the necessary equipment: fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker (filter) and Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (including 2 blind)

Bedroom 1:

1 double bed (160x200) and 2 bunk beds (90x200)

Bedroom 2:

1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (80x200)

Bedroom 3:

2 bunk beds (80x190) and 2 twin beds (90x190)

Two bathrooms equip the apartment. The first, very large, is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, a double sink and a toilet; the second, smaller, has a shower and a sink.

In addition to the toilets in the large bathroom, the apartment has 2 separate toilets.

After skiing, nothing like a small sauna to relax, it can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment has a washing machine and Wi-Fi access. A barbecue is available on the terrace (only in summer).

The residence is only a few minutes from the Children's Village and very close to the shops on Place des Dromonts (bars, restaurants, ski shops, laundry and bowling).
